Oyin Ameen has an high profile history in the Nigerian entertainment industry. He is highly skilled in A/R management, Artiste development, Strategic Planning and Marketing. 

Oyin has worked with Nigerian hip hop legend Reminisce and he currently manages Krizbeatz, a reknown music producer, He has handled his breaking into afrobeat global market and becoming a pan African brand.

2021, Oyin Ameen venture into music video directing, directing visuals for artistes like Seyi Shay, Yonda, Harmonize from Tanzania amongst others.

Oyin Ameen hails from Oke Ode, Ifelodun local government area of Kwara state. Studied accounting in Al Hikmah University, Ilorin. Recently did a short course at New York Film academy.

Why did you decide to branch into production ?

This journey started 5 years ago when I decided to manage a video director, although I never even my my wildest dream thought I will become a director. From managing Mr. C I found myself producing music videos and we co-run a production company taking on various visual projects. During the pandemic, I started researching and I took a short course with New York film school. Coming out of lockdown I put funds together and decided to experiment with my artiste, Ceeboi, shot the video and before I could decide what i want to do with myself, I have money on the table 2 artistes who are Ceeboi’s friend who he showed his unreleased video and the rest is history, today have short 12 videos, including 2 international artistes who flew into Nigeria to work with me.

What’s your creative process like 

I just try to tell a relatable story in a very artistic and creative way. I love my stories to be as relatable as possible with touch of abstract and art.  

What should we be expecting from you in the nearest future.

Working on having a big production company, that can take on any project; from movies to tv production, reality show, commercials.

Personally I will love to have my own only Tv channel and create my own kind of contents and I will like to make my own movies tell stories the way I want it. 

Why Hunter films

I named my company Hunter films, because my ancestors are hunters, I am from Oke Ode in Kwara state, Oke Ode means Hunter’s Hill. My approach to business has always been hunter’s approach; observation, position 

I got, clear target and precise action.
