FRSC recalls sector Commander who cut off ladies’ hair during parade
According to Mr. Bisi Kazeem the Head Media Relations and Strategy of the Corps, recalling the officers was necessary in order to properly investigate the matter as it had generated a lot of controversy and noise.
Boboye Oyeyemi had condemned the photographs trending on the social media concerning the cutting-off of the hair of the female FRSC officials The man in the trending photos was identified as the sector commander of the Rivers State Command of the FRSC, Andrew A. Kumapayi who grabbed a scissors and cut off the officers’ hair during morning parade while he was inspecting.
